Pastor Bill Russell is a captivating preacher, teacher, and speaker. He serves as the establishmentarian and Lead Pastor of Harvest City Church located in the city of Greensboro, North Carolina. Harvest City Church is a growing church plant with a mission to Love God, Love People, and Love the City.
 

Harvest has impacted Greensboro and the surrounding areas

through many initiatives. Harvest is equipping the laborers not only through Sunday morning services, but also through the week.

 

A native of Long Island, NY, Pastor Bill has earned a bachelor’s degree in social work from North Carolina A&T State University. He furthered his education by earning a master’s degree in social work from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. In 2021, Pastor Bill graduated from Duke Divinity with a Master of Divinity Degree with a concentration in Black Church Studies.
 

Pastor Bill’s greatest joy is worshipping God and pastoring his flock. The Lord is truly prolifically using him with signs and wonders following his ministry. Pastor Bill is known for his exciting and insightful approach to the teaching of the scriptures. He has a heart for church planting, growth, and development. Pastor Bill has a desire to see lives changed and impacted for the Glory of God.
